The Audiens engineering team is hiring a backend engineer who will work with latest backend technology in a big data, cloud-based environment. While we try to keep our code up to the current standards we are always looking for ways to improve our backend environment. You will have the opportunity to steer our current best-practice and drive continuous improvements. The engineering team is based around Milan, Italy. As we work remotely, we are open to candidates from all over and are open to flexible working schedules. We would however expect you to work form Milan on a regular basis in a post-Covid world.

> Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We’re looking for a highly motivated software engineer in test to help us build the next generation of our core product and to be the product development team quality advocate. You will be part of our product and engineering team, working with developers, product owners, managers and other stakeholders developing test frameworks, test plans, troubleshooting issues, helping to resolve defects, increasing the overall product and code quality. You will be responsible for the execution of the quality strategy, and a key player in its definition.

As our Product Manager you will work with our VP of Technology and Head of UX & Design (collectively known as the Product Trio) to define and implement the product strategy, uncover customer needs and iterate towards product success. You will have experience of product strategy for a SaaS platform, be able to articulate product needs to technical teams and be well versed in customer and competitor research to build a longer-term vision.
